With our technical capabilities, Kessel helps emerging start-ups streamline their product development and commercialization efforts to position their companies for market success.

  • Kessel Medical has an ISO-7 (Class 10,000) certified clean room for implant and device assembly and packaging. We offer ISO 11607-2 packaging capabilities for pouch sealing and pre-validated packaging for adoption of your product. We can also provide pre-validated EO and gamma sterilization cycles into which your product may be adopted under ANSI/AAMI TIR28 or TIR35, saving you time and money.

  • We have the capability of NiTiNOL shape-setting and/or thermal conditioning using a fluidized bath system. We can also provide access to qualified secondary processing through strategic partners.

  • Kessel Medical screen prints multi-trace, multi-layer flexible circuits up to 10 x 10 inches for the wearable marketplace. We can die cut, laser cut, and assemble complex wearable devices with printed circuit, skin adhesive, and injection molded layers.

  • We have a 40W laser for cutting and/or marking medical devices and/or substrates needed for assembly. We can accommodate large format capacity and continuous feed of material as needed

  • Kessel Medical has a 7-ton die press for complex die-cutting of substrates and web-converting.

  • We have in-house SLA and SLS 3D printing capabilities in a variety of medical-grade materials for both prototype and production use.

  • Kessel Medical is capable of multi-material elastomer overmolding, including overmolding of electrical components and assemblies.

  • Kessel Medical has precision component inspection equipment via vision-system inspection at high magnification, including auto measurement of electrical circuits and other high-precision machined components. We have a wide variety of calibrated, handheld measurement equipment as well.
